Client PC’s
Computer/Processor:
 PC or laptop with Pentium 1.2 GHz or higher processor
Memory:
 1 Gig of RAM or higher
Hard Disk:
 1 Gig of available hard disk space (hard disk usage will vary depending on configuration; custom installation choices may require more or less hard disk space).
Data Storage:
 Laptops used for field evidence collection need a minimum storage space of 2 Gig. Actual needs will depend on size of agency and system configuration
Display:
 Super VGA (1024x768) or higher – resolution monitor with 16 Bit Color.
Operating System:
 Windows 2000 Professional or Later Operating system
Peripherals:
 Microsoft Mouse, Microsoft IntlliMouse®, or compatible pointing device
Miscellaneous:
 Open DB9 Serial Ports or USB ports. The qty of ports needed will depend on the configuration needed for each pc.

Servers

 PC with Pentium 2.6 GHz or higher processor
Memory:
 2 Gig of RAM or Higher
Hard Disk:
 1 Gig of available hard disk space (hard disk usage will vary depending on configuration; custom installation choices may require more or less hard disk space). With Raid 5 Configuration Recommended.

 Minimum space suggested is 10 Gig. Actual needs will depend on size of agency and system configuration

 Super VGA (1024x768) or higher – resolution monitor with 16 Bit Color.
Operating System:
 Windows 2000 Server or Later Operating system
Peripherals:
 Microsoft Mouse, Microsoft IntlliMouse®, or compatible pointing device

 Tape Backup system or compatible system to ensure complete backup of data
