We are seeking a Microsoft Network / Helpdesk Technician to

We are looking for a well-rounded IT professional with experience in supporting
an entire network to help support our growing staff. This is a great opportunity
for an IT professional to gain a sizeable amount of experience quickly in many
new environments. This position will offer a tremendous opportunity to grow
professionally with an expanding company. This is an office based position (not
a field support position), where majority of your time will be spent interfacing
with staff, with occasional dispatch for onsite support needs.
The ideal candidate will show at least 1 to 3 years of IT infrastructure
maintenance and support. Preferred skills include experience with administration
and support of various Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Exchange,
Terminal Server (RDS), Anti-Virus solutions, Backup solutions, Office 365, VoIP.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate their knowledge in these areas plus
general knowledge of routing, switching, and desktop support.
Reliable auto transportation is required. While we have a business casual dress
policy, candidates must present themselves professionally. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills as well as an ability to manage multiple priorities
must be demonstrated to be a successful candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
·
Manage numerous aspects of
servers, networking equipment, and security solutions
·
Troubleshoot network & system
issues
·
Monitor active network and server
infrastructure
·
Perform routine preventative
maintenance on equipment
·
Administer network security
measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
·
Execute sensitive data backup and
restoration procedures
·
Document all technical procedures
and user guides
Qualifications:
·
Previous experience as a network
or systems technician, helpdesk experience preferred
·
Knowledge of TCP/IP and data
protocols
·
Ability to prioritize and
multitask
·
Deadline and detail-oriented
·
Strong troubleshooting and
critical thinking skills
·
Experience with MS SQL and Oracle
preferred
